Welcome! So glad you’re here. We provide yoga, fitness, and
reflexology for a warm heart, sharp mind, strong bones, and
unwavering spirit.
Intro to me
I’m Sarah, a certified yoga teacher and registered reflexology
therapist. With a Masters in Education and previous experience in
adult learning, I bring a person-centered approach to my work that
focuses on meeting each individual where they’re at and then
building wellbeing into daily living from the ground up. With
additional training in adaptive (chair), slow flow, and Yin yoga, as
well as yoga Nidra, I like to teach anatomy-informed classes that
highlight the integrative benefits of yoga for supporting overall
wellbeing, focusing on stability, strength, and peace of mind.
As a reflexology therapist, I provide therapeutic foot reflexology
sessions that can help manage pain, relieve stress, improve sleep,
and support the body’s efforts to function optimally.
When I’m not at the chair, mat, or table, you’ll find me
in the garden, in the kitchen, or on the trails.

Classes
We partner with organizations to deliver anatomy‑informed and
heart‑warming yoga and fitness classes. With additional
specializations in adaptive, chair, and kids yoga, as well as yoga
Nidra, we have classes for all ages, stages, and styles.
Looking to add something exciting to your next event? We also offer
small group and individual yoga classes personalized for you or your
group’s interests.
Reflexology
We offer reflexology sessions for babies, children, youth, and
adults. Services are provided at Next Step Counselling &
Wellness in Amherstburg and at
Talbot Massage and Lymphedema Clinic in Essex.
Would you like to include a unique and memorable experience at your
next event? We also offer a mini-session package for small groups. A
wonderful way to add some personalized relaxation and rejuvenation
to your small group event.
Reflexology is a natural therapeutic method where acupressure and
massage techniques are applied to reflex areas on the feet (or
hands). In addition to promoting relaxation, reflexology can help to
manage pain, enhance sleep, improve circulation, promote regularity,
and alleviate headaches and PMS.
Workshops
Would you like to provide some fun professional development or
wellness programming for your team? Or host a unique workshop for
friends, family, or clients?
Our Tiny Toes Workshop teaches parents and caregivers
specialized reflexology techniques for helping little ones to thrive
and feel soothed.
Our Grounded Workshop guides participants through
breathwork, self‑reflexology, and yoga techniques that help
improve well‑being from the ground up. This workshop is
available for both youth and adults.
